This session is intended for all Principals, APs, and Senior Leadership.  This threat briefing by the Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation will provide an overview on Nihilistic Violent Extremists, or NVEs. These are individuals engaged in criminal acts and violence based primarily on the hatred of humanity and the desire to create chaos. Such topics covered will include the Com/764 network, No Lives Matter (NLM), and more.  This is tentative for now as we try to mesh our schedules with our NCSBI partners.
