Hear one school's practice for unpacking and utilizing data to support instructional next steps through PLCs This session focuses on the essential role of common assessments within Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and how strategic data use drives student achievement. Participants will explore best practices for designing aligned common assessments, analyzing student data with purpose, and using results to inform instruction and intervention.

Rather than leaving connections to chance, schools use this strategic, VISUAL technique to identify, analyze, and strengthen connections between students and staff; ensuring every student has at least one, and preferably more, trusted adults in the building. Attendees will receive research based techniques that will be tailored to meet classroom, grade level, and whole school initiatives.
