When leveraged effectively, walkthrough data provides school leaders with real-time insight into instructional practices, student engagement, and the implementation of district priorities—turning observations into actionable strategy. This professional learning session provides an overview of how to effectively use the i-LEADR Classroom Walkthrough Tool to strengthen instructional leadership and accelerate continuous improvement. Participants will learn how to conduct focused instructional walkthroughs, capture meaningful evidence of teaching and learning, and analyze trends across classrooms and grade levels. Emphasis will be placed on using walkthrough data to identify patterns, inform targeted professional development, monitor initiative implementation, and promote equitable instructional practices. Leaders will leave with clarity and confidence in leveraging the i-LEADR data to enhance feedback conversations, align coaching efforts, and make strategic decisions that elevate teaching and learning across their schools.
