JCPS Leadership 2026

This interactive session engages administrators in applying data-based problem solving through real-world scenarios aligned to MTSS and continuous improvement practices. Participants will analyze student, classroom, and school-level data to identify root causes of challenges related to academic performance, behavior, and attendance. The session emphasizes strengthening leadership capacity to guide data-driven conversations, ensure alignment of interventions, and build systems that support equitable outcomes for all students.
