About me
Sue Miller is a K-12 Advanced Learning Program Specialist for Johnston County Public Schools. She has served in her current role since August 2025 but has been with Johnston County Public Schools since 2010. Sue received her undergraduate degree in Middle Grades Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her master's degree from North Carolina State University in Curriculum & Instruction. Previously, she worked as a middle grades ELA teacher, MTSS interventionist, curriculum coach, and AIG specialist before moving into her current role. Sue is passionate about AIG programming and ensuring all students receive the rigor and skills necessary to grow.
