Stacee P. Carr is a dedicated Student Services Specialist with JCPS, bringing over 14 years of experience in fostering student success and personal development. Currently supporting 25 campuses, she serves as a vital bridge between district strategy and classroom impact.  Stacee holds Master’s degrees in School Counseling and Divinity, which inform her holistic and compassionate approach to education.
Expertly trained to work with adult professionals, Stacee specializes in adult coaching and motivational interviewing. She regularly develops and facilitates professional learning sessions for district educators and provides ongoing coaching to teachers regarding classroom management and relationship-building. Her expertise is grounded in over a decade of service as a Nationally Board Certified school counselor across elementary, middle, and high school levels. 
By blending researched-based information with the relatable perspective of a practitioner, Stacee collaborates with administrators, staff, and families to cultivate thriving school cultures that produce student success.
