About me
Laura Beckmeyer is an Exceptional Children's Curriculum Specialist with over a decade of experience in teaching and leading educators across general and special education settings. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary History and Government Education and a Master of Science in Education for High-Incidence Disabilities from the University of Kansas. In 2020, she completed an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership and Special Education through the University of Northern Colorado. Throughout her career as an educator, Dean of Students, and EC Curriculum Specialist, Ms. Beckmeyer has championed inclusivity for all students, with a dedicated focus on fostering self-determination and self-advocacy.
