Kevin Hubbard has over 30 years of dedicated experience in Emergency Services. Kevin recently retired as the Director of Emergency Services for Johnston County where he was responsible for the Emergency Medical Services, Fire Marshal, and Emergency Management divisions. Kevin brings years of experience, training and education to JCPS, and is committed to the safety, security and well being of our students, staff, parents, and visitors.
