JCPS Leadership 2026

Gladys Pineda is both the International Family Support Specialist and the Bilingual Parent Engagement Assistant Lead at JCPS.  Gladys knows that a child’s education is most successful when families feel seen, heard, and supported. Gladys works daily to turn the complexities of school systems into accessible pathways for JCPS families. Whether she is part of a parent meeting or facilitating a school presentation, her goal is simple: building a stronger, more inclusive district. She has a Masters in Social work and brings over 20 years of experience of working with our school community. Outside of school, Gladys enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures, listening to audiobooks and especially  spending time with her family.
