With nearly 30 years of experience in education, she brings expertise in aligning effective school practices with federal program requirements.
Faitha is committed to ensuring that these programs translate into meaningful outcomes for students by implementing clear, practical procedures that guide schools and staff. She fosters strong partnerships among district leaders, school teams, and families, working seamlessly to ensure all stakeholders understand federal guidelines and district processes while supporting improved student achievement.
