Dr. Alexia Walker serves as the Substance Use Interventionist Coordinator for Johnston County Public Schools, where she specializes in transforming student outcomes through evidence-based intervention and family resource advocacy. A Licensed School Social Worker with a Doctorate of Social Work (DSW), Dr. Walker is a proud product of Johnston County Public Schools and remains deeply invested in the community as a board member for Community Action, Inc. She is dedicated to de-stigmatizing substance use and empowering families with the tools necessary for student safety and academic success. Outside the office, Alexia is a devoted Disney enthusiast who finds zen in complex puzzles and long peaceful walks on the beach.
