JCPS Leadership 2026

Participants will explore effective coaching techniques that guide teachers toward instructional excellence, including goal-setting, reflective practice, and actionable feedback. This session also provides administrators with structured frameworks for conducting meaningful, solution focused conversations with employees when addressing areas of deficiency including performance and conduct concerns. Emphasis is placed on balancing support with accountability ensuring that conversations are both honest and constructive, and that they lead to measurable growth.
